Human Health Problem is Majorly Caused by Diet

Without accident, human health is caused by the followings:
1.       The food we eat and the quantity (80%)
2.       Sedentary lifestyle (10%)
3.       Incompletes Rest (10%)
4.       Lack of regular medical check-up

Sugar gives human energy to accomplish most daily activities, but can also cause health problem if over processed, over consumed or under consumed.  

Whole grain consists of three component parts (Bran-Chaff, Endosperm and Germ). The Grand Design is for human to consume most food wholly as much as possible, with little or no human over processing, or removal of some component parts before consumption. 

Parts of a Whole Grain


Sugar issue surface in human history when they start processing the whole grain ask they like before consumptions. They do this without asking the nature whether it is safe to do so or not. Though you cannot blame them. Who can swallow whole corn like fowls. Or eat sugarcane wholly with cover and the chaff).  

The need to process whole grain before consumption initiated the problem. During processing, Bran can become pulverised into complete chaffless-powder. They did not realise that high fibre is needed to clean and detoxified the body. Sometimes human separate and throw away some components part for personal preferences for texture or to expiry date. 

I believe Humans should stop harming themselves because of the duties perform by each components of whole grain itemised below. 

The Duties of Whole Grain Component Parts:

1.       Endosperm supplies complex or simple sugars for energy need of the body
2.       Germ counters the adverse effect of sugar in the body
3.       Bran (Chaff) cleans and detoxified body, when not over grinded or pulverised into chaffless into powder.

Above is the reasons for the new the latest craze for Whole Grain Diets that has just taken over the recent campaigns.

Lessons:
1.       Balanced Diet in Moderation is God design.
2.       Overheating (Either balance Diet or Not) would over work the organs in the body. Thereby accelerating wear and tears of body organs and consequent an accelerated aging as excess sugar consumption would do in the body.
3.       Everything is good as they are, with little or no change sometimes required. Human interventio sometimes spoil the handwork of God.
